1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SaveAwn.com and purchases or services offered through the site. “SaveAwn,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SaveAwn. By accessing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order.

2. Site and product information

We work to keep product descriptions, compatibility information, images, availability, instructions, and pricing accurate. Minor variations may occur, and information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.

You are responsible for confirming your awning manufacturer, model, measurements, installation requirements, and intended use before purchase. The Compatibility List is a guide; contact SaveAwn if your model is not listed or if fitment is uncertain.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or misuse of the site. If we cancel after payment is captured, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping, and other charges are displayed during checkout when available. You authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the total shown at checkout.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, address problems, inventory, holidays, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. You are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address and for reviewing tracking or delivery notices.

If a package appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us promptly so we can review the available carrier and order information.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the current Refund and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Review that policy before purchasing. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

6. Installation, compatibility, and safe use

Read and follow all SaveAwn installation and use instructions. Inspect the product and your awning before use, use appropriate care and tools, and stop using any component that appears damaged, loose, improperly fitted, or unsafe.

Conditions vary by awning, recreational vehicle, campsite, weather, installation, and maintenance. Do not treat product descriptions or compatibility guidance as a substitute for reasonable judgment. If you are unsure about installation or use, contact SaveAwn or seek help from a qualified professional.

7. Accounts and prohibited conduct

You are responsible for accurate account information and for activity under your credentials. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized account use.

You may not use the site to violate law; infringe rights; transmit malicious code; interfere with security or operation; scrape, probe, or access systems without authorization; submit false information; commit fraud; or abuse checkout, promotions, reviews, forms, or customer-support channels.

8. Intellectual property

The site and its text, product names, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, software, and other content are owned by SaveAwn or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes. No other license is granted without written permission.

9. Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to third-party payment, shipping, social-media, review, analytics, or other services. Those services may have separate terms and policies. SaveAwn is not responsible for unaffiliated third-party sites or services, although this does not affect responsibilities we cannot exclude by law.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Except for any express written product warranty and rights that cannot legally be excluded, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveAwn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the site, products, or these Terms. Where liability cannot be excluded, SaveAwn’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Responsibility and severability

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
